3 Day Detox Fruit Flush Diet – Day 3 and Results

Today is the last day of my Fruit Flush Diet. I woke up early this morning because I had to go to work. I got hungry right away after I got up, so I had a banana before heading out. The hunger wasn’t too bad overall, considering I always get hungry early in the morning. That’s just how my body works, not because of the diet.

3 Day Detox Fruit Flush Diet

When I got to work, it was 8am. Just in time for my breakfast. Today’s diet menu is the same like yesterday  (Day 2). I’m sure you can change it up by replacing the fruits and berries. I don’t think it’s too important to have the exact same things, at the same time. I had the same fruits and berries but just switch the orders, because I like to live on the edge.

After working for a few hours, I was surprised that I didn’t have the need to rush out to get coffee. That’s the first thing I do each morning when I get to work. Sometimes even after a strong dose of caffeine, I would still feel tired and have the need to get more coffee. Today I didn’t have the urge for coffee or tea. I already felt wide awake, got some energy and not tired at all. All because of the diet?

The entire day, I didn’t feel too hungry and my mood was more upbeat comparing to yesterday, but nothing too extraordinary to me. I think my body has gotten used to the diet, that’s why the constant hunger wasn’t there anymore. Though today I was able to be more on point with my diet, since I was at work, it was easier for me to follow the eating schedule.

However, because I was moving around more today, working and walking long distances. I noticed I got tired faster from it and couldn’t keep up with the walking I usually do (I walk a lot). That was the difference that I noticed right away, lack of strength and later in the afternoon, my old friend – the headache, came knocking for another visit.

For my skin, unfortunately I didn’t see any improvements. It didn’t get worst either, so there. For my weight, I lost 1,5 kg (3,3lbs) which I don’t really care much. Because I think I’ll gain it back, once I go back to my old routine. But the weight loss wasn’t my concern. Like I said before, I do this mainly for the skin, to get my energy level up, break eating habits and cleanse my body.

Overall I think the Fruit Flush helped with some of my problems, like breaking eating habits and cravings. I’m not sure how much cleansing it actually has done since there’s no way to know it for sure, just that I lost a little weight. But that weight could have gone down, by eating less of anything.

I may have broken my poor eating habits, lost some weight, but the feeling of weakness, mood swings and headache for 3 days weren’t exactly fun. Did I come out as a winner?

    Never knew about this…will surely try it….

    • Yes, 3 days is not long at all! Or if you want, you can start 1 day at first then slowly go into 3 days. Its all about adjusting it to your body :)
